Seems like a rough picture. You know, with those old buildings on the foreground and those wild clouds in the sky. But I like that effect really.

On a second thought: when looking at the horizon and those skyscrapers versus the poor buildings on the foreground, it looks like a picture about rich vs poor. And it focuses on the poor side, which is a very nice idea imo! (All attention to where it might be needed)

Great and inspiring picture!
